Massage
Relaxation (30, 60, 90 minutes) - A flowing movement technique that promotes release of tensions and general relaxation. Light to moderate touch is used to stimulate nerve endings in the skin and connective tissue, increase blood and lymph circulation.
Therapeutic (30, 60, 90 minutes) - Incorporates a variety of advance techniques that enhance the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, and increase blood and lymph circulation. It can be used as a collaborative and supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, and aiding soft tissue healing.
Integrated (30, 60, 90 minutes) - Combination of Therapeutic and Relaxation techniques, where mostly light to moderate pressure is used, but on areas of emphasis medium to firm pressure used.
Prenatal (30, 60 minutes) - Therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of a mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general relaxation and physical fatigue.
TMJ (15 minutes) - A focused massage for the Temporomandibular joint done on the jaw, scalp, and face.
Chair (5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes) - Massage performed while the client is fully clothes and seated upright in a specially designed chair. Usually consists of neck, shoulders, and upper back.
Reflexology - Pressure point holds stimulate reflex channels. Effective for areas of tension or pain. Hands, feet, and ear pressure points are massaged to promote general well being.
Lymphatic Drainage - Relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.
